Rob Wicks
PresidentHomegrown and third generation owner of a Tucson business, Rob is looking to successfully grow and take Ralph’s Moving and Storage to the next level. Rob has grown up in the family business and even learned to tie his shoes at some point in the warehouse. When Rob wasn’t spending summers learning all aspects of the moving and logistics business, he graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. His 25 + years of experience at Ralph’s have afforded him a wealth of knowledge in the moving industry and the drive to expand services into the Logistics arena.
Rob is not only growing the business but his family as well. Rob is the proud father of four; two boys, two girls, and has a full house of the furry four legged kind. Managing to balance his family and work life, Rob is also an avid gym member gaining PR’s and working on his double unders.
Kevin Razo
General ManagerKevin has been a reliable and stalwart presence at Ralph’s for the last 8 years. He has reached his position as the Operations Manager at Ralph’s for the last 5 years through his solid work and understanding the business, the Tucson movers crew, clients and logistics. He is adept at thinking on his feet and although physically intimidating, the care taker of all those who work with him. Being a Tucson native, Kevin has a great love for all things UofA and is also admittedly a San Francisco 49ers fan.
Kevin likes to spend his downtime with his family and his grandchild. He does what he does at Ralph’s for his family because, “…they are the reason I breathe”. If you find him in the warehouse, you may be surprised to find he knows all the words to the old school songs and he’s got a couple of dance moves.
Kathleen Wicks
Vice PresidentKathleen has learned Ralph’s Moving & Storage from the ground up. She has been integral in streamlining and managing the office as well as establishing Ralph’s community presence through her philanthropic efforts and loves working with the Tucson movers crew. Upon her return from Denver, Colorado, she became a member of the Rotary Club of Tucson, a board member and secretary of El Rio Vecinos, and an Advisory Board member of the NB/AZ Women’s Financial Group. Kathleen graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Communication and a minor in Business Management.
When she is not overseeing the everyday details at the office, you can find her putting the finishing touches on baked goods and skillfully coordinating her four young children's schedules and their four legged family members; Great Danes Ralph Transfer, Vanellope Von Wicks, and Tapper; German Wirehaired Pointers Finn and Sawyer, and German Shorthaired Pointer Scout.. She is also known to never say no to try out a new eatery in Tucson’s growing food scene.
Luis Moreno
Operations ManagerLuis and his wife have two children, son and daughter. His son is an avid football player, so Luis is always at games and tournaments.
Lynette Wells
Certified Move ConsultantBorn in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Lynette’s parents moved to the small Copper Mining town of San Manuel, AZ. After realizing the small-town living was not for her, she moved to the big City of Tucson, where she now lives with her husband in Vail, AZ. While working at San Manuel High School, she was a Track and Cheer coach for several years. Youth and Youth sports are very important Lynette. She believes Youths need to stay busy and enjoy being outside and socializing. Lynette served on the Board of Directors for Pop Warner and was a Business Manager, for individual teams, in Phoenix, San Manuel, as well as Vail, AZ. Lynette was one of the original Directors that started Pop Warner in San Manuel. Lynette has been in the Moving industry for 26 years, working as a Move Coordinator, for 6 years, and now a Certified Sales Consultant for Ralph's Moving and Storage. Lynette has the “gift of gab.” Lynette loves getting to know people; that could be why she’s been in outside sales for over 20 years. She enjoys customer service, providing her knowledge, and just helping people. Since working for Ralph's Moving and Storage, they became the exclusive mover and preferred moving company for Realty Executives, and they are now members of the Real Producers, serving top real estate agents. Developed and now service Royalty Renovations, to assist with moving and storage services for their valued clients. Lynette has been married to her husband, Johnny Wells, for 23 years. Family is very important to her. She is a Boy-Mom, with three boys, one daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Lynette is very proud of her family and thankful they all still reside in Tucson, AZ. Lynette and her husband Johnny spend the summer months at the lake, enjoying Apache and Roosevelt Lake, and at night, riding their SXS. Lynette can still slalom ski and wakeboard. During the winter months, you'll find Lynette and Johnny at the sand dunes, with their SXS, playing in the big sandbox. Fun fact about Lynette, if you give her a microphone, you'll never get it back. Lynette really enjoys Karaoke, anywhere she can find it.
Ralph T Wicks
Who Is Ralph?Ralph Transfer Wicks was born on a farm in South Alabama but flew to Tucson, Arizona at 8 weeks old. He grew up spending his days in the office, working long hours. When he isn't at the office, he enjoys spending time with his best friend, Walker. He likes to take long naps, counter surf and get into trouble. Ralph loves meeting new people, so if you ever see him, please say hello!
