The Ralph’s Moving and Storage “Move Coordinator” assigned to your move will contact you 24 hours in advance to give an arrival time of the crew. The day of the move, your crew will contact you as they leave Ralph’s Moving and Storage warehouse to let you know they are on the way. The Ralph’s Moving and Storage crew assigned to your move will take a tour of the house and determine the safest and most efficient way to start moving your belongings on to the truck. The crew will then prepare the house for moving by placing protective coverings over floors and any doors and door ways they will be going through. At this point they are ready to start loading the truck. All furniture that goes on the truck will be protected will moving blankets that are secured in place.
